Questions before the first call
You do not need a technical brief or a selected service to start.
01 What if we do not know which service we need?
That is a normal place to begin. Bring the problem you want to solve, or the result you want to improve. We will help you work out what is actually going on before you commit to any solution.
02 Can an engagement start small and expand?
Yes. A small diagnostic, pilot, or build can prove the case before a larger commitment. The work grows only when the next stage has a clear reason to exist.
03 Does Icarus work only on AI projects?
No. We advise on and build AI systems, but AI is one option among strategy, software, data, cloud, design, automation, and managed engineering. We will tell you when AI is not the answer.
04 When is it worth starting the conversation?
When a problem is eating time, slowing growth, creating risk, or holding up a decision. You do not need a finished plan first. A free 30-minute conversation can tell you whether acting now is worth it, and what to leave alone.
